Wow I hope you watched Ryder Cup!! Amazing crazy good to win, Go Europe you guys are incredible!!!!
We just got done playing the links course at PGA national. It was super windy and the course was amazingly difficult!! I shot 74 from back tee:) I took a picture of me and Annika Sörenstam sitting in the same couch:) We are heading to the candy store now so we can watch Ryder Cup, I love Swedish candy!!
GO EUROPE!! I know that the U.S will probably win but you have to believe:) Below is the European team and their wives! I believe that the best looking guy last night at the ceremony was McDowell;)
Since we hosted Solheim Cup at my home course I figured I would put my driver in the European bag, and I think it looks really good;)
I just booked the flight to Marrakech, Africa, and I will be flying on December 1st! The European qualifier will start on December 6th and I will practice and get to know the place a little bit before. There are not many flights going to Marrakech for this tournament, only two flight per week. But first I will be traveling to Spain in October:) Another day of practice and work I wish you guys a great Wednesday. My business card is almost ready I will show you guys soon, its awesome!
Hi everyone! Sorry for not updating lately I’m working and should take more pictures of rainy Sweden:) I’m doing a test which the national team does for their short game tomorrow and I might share some drills! We have been looking for furnitures to our new place this weekend. I wish you a great start for next week!
Happy Sunday! I am working 11 hours today so enjoy your time:) I have written the putting test on this google docs so everyone can print it out and try it! It’s on the link below. Let me know what you guys get! I tried this new putter that two students at the University in Sweden made and it i suppose to be excellent in helping you to aim correctly. It works perfect on the slow greens in Sweden:) The last picture is from this morning before the sun was up. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1psOvHd-oYIXPmYrPRICkTvMlfRn8SAnF1_BZMSScusQ/edit
Hey everyone! I went to my personal trainer today and I found some interesting things. It’s easy for me to control my muscles when I do it slow, this is why I recommend you to practice in slow motion. I also got some exercises where I practice to separate sholders and hips in order to create more distance!
I found these protein bars that you can make on your own, I lost 7 pounds since I moved to Sweden, could it be all the good food in the U.S?;) I posted a workout once that I did not try before posting and some of you were devistated since it was almost impossible to complete:) I made these bars last night and they were good!

2 egg whites
