The weather is pending from frost to rain but I am still spending everyday at the golf course. I have to admit that it was little challenging to play this morning when the ball was bouncing on the ground all over the place;) What are your goals for 2013? It could be anything, the most important is that you have something to strive for small or challenging! Besides golf, I am planning on playing some tennis this weekend and I wish you a good one:) Looking forward for my first full season as a professional golfer and new destinations to visit!
2012 was a great year for me when I got to graduate with a bachelor degree, win our fourth WAC championship, win my second college tournament, spend some time with my friends in the United States, move back to Sweden, play two tournaments on the Swedish tour, try the qualifier for the European Tour and the U.S Open qualifier, play Pebble Beach, make my first hole in one, move to our new place in Halmstad, and lots and lots of things that I am so grateful for! It is time to make new plans and goals for 2013!
Hello, I am now back in Sweden to celebrate Christmas! I finished in 12th place and 2nd for the girls with the scores 72,72,76. We got a lot of rain and the last day we had to make a brake after seven holes. I made my first hole in one and I am so happy! I bought all my presents today and I can’t wait to spend some time with family and friends, Merry Christmas everyone:)
Hey! The first round of Christmas Classic is over and I shot 72 with six birdies! Linda Wessberg is leading with a brilliant 65. The weather has been great so far but we are expecting some rain. I will take more pictures promise:) The picture below is from the practice round when I played with Jackie from Germany. Our hotel Serenity is amazing! To see the results follow us on:
Hey!! After being in Sweden for 24 hours I’m now heading to Belek, Turkey. It’s sooo cold at home, I got to hit some balls with the heater on and I think it’s good that I have a warm nice week in Turkey in order to mentally prepare for winter practice in Sweden. I’m so excited for this tournament, we are competing for 3 days and the fourth day are we competing as a team. We are totally 20 professionals that are competing for 50 000 Euros:) It’s time to recharge the batteries and play hard:)
Hi everyone! I am so thankful for all the support during the qualifier! Some of you might think what happened the last two rounds? That is a question that I have been trying to answer since Sunday. I have spoken to different players and reflected on my own actions. This qualifier is a different situation, it is a marathon. In a normal tournament the cut is after two days and you might be able to relax but this one is much harder. My tee shots failed me when I was pressured and uncomfortable and that is something I will be working on this winter. I learned that par is good in this qualifier and that I have to move to the next hole without any thoughts. I cant wait for next season to start! But first, I am heading to Turkey on Friday for my next event, Christmas Classic! We are flying out tomorrow and I will spend one day in Sweden before leaving again, laundry, practice and some time with the family is on the schedule!
Hi everyone! I’m now done with the first round. I shot 73 after starting with a double on the second hole. I was very nervous and I am happy that I stayed composed despite the start. I had 7 birdie putts that I thought was in the hole. I am now in the lobby trying to find Internet since it is not working anywhere in this country! I can’t copy the link but please go onto ladies European tour website and follow the live scoring. I am in field A. New day tomorrow lets do it!
